Dip for Party

Hello everyone!

I have a fabulous recipe that I like to make for parties or bring to potlucks. The dish is an appetizer and it is delicious and naturally healthy.

Avocado Salsa

1-16 oz. package of frozen corn, thawed
2-2.25 oz. cans of ripe olives, drained and chopped
1 red bell pepper, chopped
1 small onion, chopped
5 gloves of garlic, minced
1/3 cup of olive oil
1/4 cup of lemon juice
3 tbsp. of apple cider vinegar
1 tsp. dried oregano
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. black pepper
4 avocados

In a large bowl, mix together corn, olives, red pepper and onion.

In a small bowl, combine garlic, olive oil, lemon juice, vinegar and spices. Pour over corn mixture and refrigerate 8 hours or overnight.

Add avocados before serving. Serve with tortilla chips.

Your friends and family will love it and ask you for the recipe. It is delicious, nutritious and healthy. Purchase organic ingredients to make it even healthier. Enjoy!

Here's to your continued health and well-being,
